Who doesn’t love an item of clothing you can take from day to night? If you don’t, just politely ignore that question :). I LOVE pieces you can wear for multiple occasions, in various ways…for a myriad of reasons. There’s also nothing I love more than dressing down an item that is traditionally supposed to be worn dressed up, or vice versa. While most will opt for red (which I can’t live without), I felt like blush would be just the right amount of pink without being overtly dressed in theme (but there’s nothing wrong with being in the theme of Valentine’s Day colors if you so choose). It’s also a color that can be a neutral when paired with other bolder colors (or black and white). Unfortunately, this is an old JCrew T-shirt, but you can make it your own look by adding any of your favorite t-shirts with the look.
This outfit is perfect for making a day of your Valentine’s Day celebration. It’s a fun, casual outfit you can wear on a park picnic during the day, switch up your shoes and top, and transition to a romantic night out by changing just a couple of pieces.
Here are the 1st part of pics for my casual Valentine’s Day date inspo (or Galentine’s get-together). Let me know what you think! Come back tomorrow for the 2nd part.
